You decide just how much help you want. All of the services provided by AutoWeb Solutions are bespoke and can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
Will I get on-site help?
Of course, we do this both at the initial planning and development phase and then we agree how often you would like to meet to review the performance of your site.
Is it easy to move from my current supplier to you?
Its usually very straightforward and done without any problems. You will need to check the terms with your provider to ensure there is no penalty to move but normally its quick and easy.
How long does it take to get my site?
We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. Once an agreement is in place we will provide you with draft layouts for approval within a few days and most sites can be up and running in 2 to 4 weeks (subject to complexity and your availability to approve)
What if I need help fast?
We have e mail, Freephone and mobile contact numbers 24/7 and will respond very quickly to any urgent requests.
How much will it cost?
Our services are very affordable, starting from less than £100 a month for basic packages.
What if I change my mind?
At the design phase you will have plenty of opportunity to make changes before we go to development. Once we move to the development phase any significant changes will inevitably incur additional cost.
Can I cancel the agreement?
We hope you will be delighted with our services, but we realise that your situation may change and you may want to end the agreement early. All we ask is that you provide 30 days notice in writing and settle any outstanding payments (see our terms & conditions)
Who will keep my site up to date?
Most of our support agreements include minor and routine changes etc at no further cost to you, so you might as well let us make them! Major changes will be subject to discussion and usually an additional cost which we will always agree in advance with you.
How do I make payments?

Is VAT chargeable?
Yes, VAT is charged at the rate prevailing at the time of invoicing.
